Shipping- and Payment Conditions
1. Payment Options
1.1 For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:
- Bank transfer in advance
We ship all items as DHL parcel or as DHL Express parcel. After shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation by mail including tracking of the package.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on item availability and payment option.
Orders are processed as soon as payment is received in our account.
We ship as soon as all items are available in stock. If you order several items in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods (unless otherwise agreed) in one shipment. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to your goods order as a whole. We ship from Monday to Friday.
If not all items are in stock, we wait up to four weeks for the receipt of the missing items. After the four weeks, we will send the deliverable items; items not included must then be reordered.

Attention: Express deliveries are only possible for items that have a delivery time of 3-5 business days.
Bank transfer in advance
The period begins one day after the payment order has been given to the transferring bank. The period ends with the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday or Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) shall take the place of such a day.
All other payment methods
The beginning of the period is the first day after the conclusion of the contract. The period ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday or Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) shall take the place of such day. In case of shipment to countries outside the EU, the customer shall bear all customs duties and any export and import fees that may be incurred.
4. Shipping Costs
When shipping to countries outside the EU, the customer bears all possibly arising customs duties and all possible export and import fees.
5. Transport Damages
Please make absolutely sure that the deliverer hands over an undamaged package. If necessary, open the package in the presence of the delivery person. Please do not accept any torn or obviously opened parcels, otherwise the receipt in perfect condition is tacitly confirmed (in case of doubt please note the name of the deliverer).
