Voucher conditions

1. Place the desired items in the shopping cart

2. Click on "Edit shopping cart" in the shopping cart

3. Enter the voucher code you received in the "Voucher code" field.

4. Then click on the arrow to the right to redeem the voucher.

5. The reduced final amount of the purchase will now appear on the same page.

6. In case of an error message, check the code for correctness and validity.

7. Follow the instructions and complete the order.

Irrespective of our terms and conditions regarding promotion and value vouchers, the statutory law as well as the statutory 3-year period of validity remain unaffected in every respect.

CONDITIONS CAMPAIGN VOUCHER

Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply to all our promotional vouchers with the exception of value vouchers.

1. A promotional voucher can only be used in our online shop and is not creditable against shipping costs.

2. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.

3. A combination with other vouchers as well as a cash payment or a subsequent crediting is not possible.

4. If the voucher is linked to a minimum order value, it can only be redeemed if this minimum order value is reached.

5. If the purchase value is higher than that of the promotional voucher, the existing payment conditions apply.

6. A promotional voucher is only redeemable for a limited period of time and will expire on the date specified in the terms and conditions of the promotional voucher.

7. If goods paid for in whole or in part with the promotional voucher are returned within the framework of the right of withdrawal, no refund of the promotional voucher will be made.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS VALUE VOUCHERS

Unless otherwise stated, the following terms and conditions apply to all of our value vouchers with the exception of promotional vouchers.

1. A value voucher can only be purchased and redeemed in our online shop and is not creditable against shipping costs.

2. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.

3. A combination with other vouchers as well as a cash payment or a subsequent crediting is not possible.

4. In the case of a value voucher, the statutory right of cancellation applies with a cancellation period of at least 14 days.

5. A value voucher from us is freely transferable and can be reissued by providing proof in the event of loss.

6. The statutory limitation period of 3 years applies. The period begins at the end of the year in which the voucher was issued and entitles the holder to redeem the voucher up to 31.12. of the third year of issue.

7. A value voucher cannot be credited towards the purchase of another value voucher.

8. If items are returned, the value of the goods will be refunded in the form of a voucher.

9. If the purchase value is higher than the value voucher, the existing payment conditions apply.
